Mildred decides that she and her husband George will celebrate their wedding anniversary in style at a posh London hotel. However, chaos ensues when a shady businessman mistakes George for a hit man.

With the women of the family down with flu, Arthur and Stan must play nursemaid, but then Arthur also catches the flu, leaving Stan to cook, at which he is dreadful, and shop and clean, in addition to his day job.
