BBC Two in Deutschland ist ein Sender mit Schwerpunkt auf faktischen und kulturellen Inhalten, mit starkem Fokus auf Dokumentationen, Geschichte, Wissenschaft und Kunst. Das Programm umfasst häufig ausführliche Naturfilme, historische Analysen sowie Aufzeichnungen aus den Bereichen Oper, Ballett und klassische Musik.
