Der Sender zeigt Disziplinen wie Skateboarding, Snowboarding, Motocross, Surfen und Klettern und berichtet dabei häufig über Events internationaler Serien sowie lokale deutsche Wettbewerbe. Dokumentationen über Athleten und Aufnahmen hinter den Kulissen von Trainingsroutinen oder Wettkampfvorbereitungen sind ein fester Bestandteil des Programms. Musikvideos und Kurzfilme aus der Extreme-Sports-Kultur laufen zwischen den längeren Sendungen. Die Programmgestaltung verzichtet auf kommentarlastige Studioproduktionen und lässt stattdessen die Sportaufnahmen für sich sprechen.
