Flix ist ein filmorientierter Sender, der Abonnenten in den gesamten Vereinigten Staaten zur Verfügung steht. Das Programm besteht aus Kinofilmen, mit einem starken Fokus auf aktuelle Veröffentlichungen und Archivtitel großer Studios. Werbeunterbrechungen werden auf ein Minimum reduziert, und der Sender zeigt keine Eigenproduktionen, Talkshows oder Nachrichtenbeiträge. Stattdessen wechseln sich Genres wie Action, Komödie, Drama und Horror ab, die oft thematisch oder nach Schauspielern in bestimmten Zeitblöcken gebündelt werden.
