Neepawa Access TV ist ein gemeindeorientierter Fernsehdienst für Zuschauer in und um die Stadt Neepawa, Manitoba, Kanada. Der Sender zeigt in der Regel lokal produzierte Inhalte wie Sitzungen des Stadtrats und des Schulvorstands sowie Berichte über Gemeindeveranstaltungen, ergänzt durch öffentliche Bekanntmachungen und Informationen für die Einwohner. Zum Programm können auch Dokumentationen, Lebensstilbeiträge und kulturelle Themen gehören, die die Interessen der Region widerspiegeln.
