OUTtv ist ein kanadischer Fernsehsender, der sich auf Programme für die LGBTQ+-Community und ihre Verbündeten konzentriert. Der Sender zeigt eine Auswahl an Eigenproduktionen, Dokumentationen, Filmen und zugekauften Inhalten, die vielfältige sexuelle Orientierungen und Geschlechtsidentitäten widerspiegeln. Zum Programm gehören Dramen, Comedys, Reality-Shows und Talksendungen, die oft Geschichten aus der Community in den Mittelpunkt stellen. OUTtv ist in ganz Kanada über verschiedene Kabel- und Satellitenanbieter sowie über einen eigenen Streamingdienst für Abonnenten verfügbar. Der Sender sendet hauptsächlich auf Englisch.
