NHK World Premium ist ein japanischer Fernsehsender, der in Frankreich empfangen werden kann. Das Programm stammt hauptsächlich vom öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk Japans, NHK, und umfasst Nachrichtensendungen zu internationalen und japanischen Ereignissen sowie Dokumentationen über japanische Kultur, Geschichte und Technologie. Zum Sendeplan gehören auch Dramaserien, Musiksendungen und Berichte über traditionelle Feste und saisonale Veranstaltungen. Sportübertragungen wie Sumo-Turniere und Baseballspiele sind ebenso Teil des Angebots wie Kindersendungen und Bildungsinhalte zur japanischen Sprache.
