TV24 ist ein allgemeiner Unterhaltungssender, der in ganz Indien empfangbar ist und dessen Programm typischerweise eine Mischung aus Dramaserien, Reality-Shows und Filmausstrahlungen umfasst. Der Sender zeigt zudem in regelmäßigen Abständen über den Tag verteilt Nachrichtensendungen, die über nationale und regionale Entwicklungen berichten.
