EXTREME SPORTS se zaměřuje na akční sporty a soutěže plné adrenalinu, které jsou vysílány po celém Německu. Kanál pokrývá disciplíny jako skateboarding, snowboarding, motokros, surfing a lezení, přičemž často přináší zpravodajství z mezinárodních okruhů i z místních německých soutěží.
