Air and Space se zaměřuje na letectví, letecké inženýrství a průzkum vesmíru. Stanice vysílá dokumenty o konstrukci letadel, historických misích a vědě za letem. Některé pořady zkoumají vývoj vojenských tryskáčů, dopravních letadel nebo kosmických lodí, zatímco jiné se věnují práci NASA a soukromých kosmických společností. Vzdělávací segmenty vysvětlují principy, jako je aerodynamika a pohon, a archivní záběry jsou občas použity k ilustraci klíčových okamžiků v historii letectví. Stanice neobsahuje zpravodajství, sport ani zábavné pořady; její obsah je převážně naučný a je určen divákům se zájmem o to, jak věci létají, a o technologii, která to umožňuje.
