RETRO vysílá převážně ve Spojených státech a zaměřuje se na televizní pořady z minulých desetiletí. Obsah kanálu čerpá především z let 1950 až 1990, přičemž nabízí mix klasických sitcomů, dramatických seriálů a vintage filmů, které původně běžely v těchto obdobích. Některé programové bloky vyzdvihují starší hudební vystoupení, varieté nebo kulturní dokumenty odrážející zábavu dané éry.
