MGM Presents: Westerns čerpá svůj program z rozsáhlé filmové knihovny Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer a zaměřuje se na westernový žánr tak, jak se vyvíjel v americké kinematografii. Diváci ve Spojených státech mohou vidět klasické celovečerní filmy z poloviny 20. století, včetně děl režiséra Johna Forda a herců jako James Stewart nebo John Wayne.
