INSP HD je americká kabelová televize zaměřená především na westernové pořady, včetně klasických seriálů a televizních filmů z poloviny 20. století. Program se z velké části skládá z repríz starých kovbojských seriálů a venkovských komedií, převážně z 50. až 70. let. Některé bloky obsahují také dokumentární pořady o americké historii, životě na hranici nebo víře. Ačkoli hlavním zaměřením zůstává westernový žánr, v nabídce se občas objeví starší rodinná dramata a dobrodružné seriály s tradičním, konzervativním tónem. Stanice nevysílá zpravodajství, sport ani současnou zábavu.
