Extreme Sports se zaměřuje na akční sportovní obsah, s programy zaměřenými na disciplíny jako motokros, snowboarding, skateboarding a horská cyklistika. Stanice vysílá záznamy soutěží, zpravodajství z akcí a dokumentární segmenty, které zkoumají techniky a prostředí spojené s těmito aktivitami. Diváci v České republice mohou očekávat program sestavený jak z mezinárodních událostí, tak z lokálně relevantního pokrytí, přičemž vysílání nedominují komentáře ani studiové formáty.
