RACER Network HD se zaměřuje na přenosy motoristického sportu po celých Spojených státech. Jeho program zahrnuje živé vysílání závodních událostí ze sérií jako IndyCar, NASCAR a IMSA, spolu s tréninky, kvalifikacemi a pořady po závodě. Pravidelně se objevují také dokumenty o automobilovém inženýrství, profily jezdců a historické závody. Stanice vysílá technické rozbory výkonu vozidel a závodní strategie, často s rozhovory s šéfmechaniky a inženýry. Zpravodajské bloky pokrývají vývoj v oboru, změny v týmech a plány nadcházejících událostí.
