MoviePlex HD vysílá celovečerní filmy z uplynulých desetiletí, které měly premiéru v kinech, se zaměřením na hollywoodskou produkci a vybrané nezávislé snímky. Reklamní přestávky jsou vkládány mezi jednotlivé části filmů, stanice nevytváří vlastní pořady ani nevysílá živé události. Program se střídá napříč žánry jako akční, drama, komedie a thriller, s občasnými tematickými maratony spojenými se svátky nebo retrospektivami herců. Pro většinu vysílání jsou k dispozici skryté titulky a stanice působí v rámci Spojených států na základě standardních distribučních smluv s kabelovými a satelitními operátory.
