IFC HD vysílá ve Spojených státech jako kabelový kanál zaměřený na nezávislý film a původní komediální tvorbu. Jeho programová skladba hojně čerpá z nezávislé kinematografie, včetně nových premiér i starších kultovních snímků, často s minimálním přerušením reklamou.
