NASA Plus poskytuje živé přenosy z misí agentury, včetně startů raket, výstupů do volného prostoru z Mezinárodní vesmírné stanice a tiskových briefingů z pracovišť po celých Spojených státech. Hlavní náplní kanálu jsou dokumentární segmenty, které vysvětlují probíhající vědecký výzkum, technologický vývoj a průzkum planet.
