The channel carries a proud history. Television broadcasting in Sharjah began in the late 1980s, the satellite signal followed in the mid-1990s, and soon afterwards a second channel devoted entirely to religious programming went on air, addressing audiences in more than one language. Today Sharjah 2 serves as the Holy Quran channel of the emirate: its schedule is built around continuous Quran recitations by renowned reciters, interpretation programs such as Tafsir Al Saadi, sermons, supplications and lectures delivered by respected scholars.

During Ramadan and on religious occasions the channel expands its offering with special devotional programs, competitions and live prayers that bring families together in front of the screen. Viewers can stream online from anywhere in the world, and for Muslims far from home it is one of the simplest ways to Watch TV Online Free while staying close to the recitation of the Holy Book. Wherever you are, this Live Stream carries the serenity of Sharjah's studios straight to your screen.
