Mexiquense TV, on air as Mexiquense Televisión, is the public television channel of the State of Mexico, part of the Sistema Mexiquense de Medios Públicos, previously the Sistema de Radio y Televisión Mexiquense. It is based in Metepec and transmits mainly for the State of Mexico through two television stations and twenty-nine complementary stations, under the call sign XHGEM-TDT on virtual channel 34.1. The channel was created by decree on 10 July 1984 as the decentralised body Televisión Mexiquense and began transmitting on 26 September of that year on channel 7 in Metepec.

Since 1998 the channel has depended on the Sistema, which answers to the Secretariat of Education, Culture and Social Wellbeing of the State of Mexico, and its schedule mixes news with culture and education. The current line-up, published on the official video channel of the station, includes the morning magazine Al Despertar, with cooking, health, music and guests, the news report Reporte Mexiquense, the culture programme Culturama, the food slot Senderos y Sabores and the local history series La Tiendita de la Esquina, alongside live coverage of state events, such as the start of public works in Naucalpan. The same system also runs the news channel AMX Noticias, launched in 2020, and the broadcaster states a daily reach of thirty-seven million households.
