Korean Central Television (KCTV) online television

Korean Central Television, known worldwide as KCTV, is the state television broadcaster of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the country's flagship national channel, broadcasting from Pyongyang. For the domestic audience it is the official voice of the state, and for viewers abroad it remains the most direct window available into North Korean broadcasting — a service watched by researchers, journalists and the simply curious in every corner of the world.

The day is anchored by the central news bulletins, long associated with the veteran presenter Ri Chun-hee, whose ringing, unmistakable delivery has made her famous far beyond the country's borders. Around the news, the schedule carries feature films and revolutionary performances from the country's studios, documentaries on national construction and the armed forces, children's programs, weather, and broadcasts of song and dance from the great state ensembles, with special programming on every national holiday.
