Janam TV live stream

Janam TV online television

Janam TV is the Malayalam news channel of Kerala, broadcasting for the state that reads the morning paper with its tea. The channel follows Kerala's politics, its communities and its diaspora with the directness of a newsroom that answers to its viewers — news in Malayalam, for Kerala, around the clock. The newsroom answers to its viewers — and keeps the morning paper's habits alive on screen.

The schedule is anchored by news bulletins covering Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi and the state's districts — politics, the economy, the monsoon, the issues that move the state — supported by discussion programs where journalists, officials and public figures argue the day's questions out loud. The state talks back, and the channel listens. Reports from the districts keep the whole state present, while segments on the Gulf and the diaspora keep the Malayali abroad in the frame.

For Malayali viewers in Kerala, the Gulf and beyond, Janam TV is the steady line to the state's daily agenda, hour by hour, day after day.
