Africa 24 English live stream

Africa 24 English online television

Africa 24 English is the English-language news and events channel of the Africa 24 group, devoted entirely to Africa, and the first channel of its kind to cover the continent wholly in English. It was launched in November 2022, when the group added three new full high-definition channels alongside its French-language output. It belongs to Afrimedia International, founded by the Cameroonian businessman Constant Nemale, works out of Saint-Cloud near Paris with a production centre in Dakar, and produces through the in-house agency ANA, which keeps bureaux in Dakar, Abidjan, Yaounde, Douala and Casablanca.

The schedule is organised around standing news disciplines, with politics, economics and society as the core categories and regional news covering Central Africa, Northern Africa, Southern Africa, Eastern Africa, West Africa and the Indian Ocean. The strands carried on the English service include Africa News Room, Africa Union Journal, News Report, The Interview, Guest of the Day, The Talk, In Between the Lines, Decoding, Financia Mag, My Company, Politia, Femina, Cine 24 and Africa24 Football Club. Recent output has run from African Union peace efforts and the number of people displaced or stateless across the continent to school meal programmes in Cameroon, first aid training for motorcyclists, new factories at Ain Sokhna in Egypt and green industrialisation financing in Nigeria.

The signal is carried in high definition at 1920x1080 as a free live stream over the internet, with no subscription and no set-top box required: it plays in a browser and on phones, tablets and television sets, and the group also distributes it by satellite across Africa. Watch Live whenever a bulletin or an interview begins, or stream online at any hour, follow the France live stream of English-language pan-African news, keep the channel open as TV online through a news cycle, and Watch TV Online Free with no account.
