ADO TV is the third public television channel of Benin, a general-interest station built around information, sport and youth programming, broadcasting in French. It sits under the Beninese Ministry of Sports and Leisure and was run through the multimedia centre for adolescents and young people, which also operates sister station Ado FM. The channel grew out of a youth health project built on connected computers, a radio and a television, animated largely by young people themselves; its file was examined in January 2013 in the frequency round of the national audiovisual regulator. Its studios were at Kouhounou, inside the Stade de l'Amitié Général Mathieu Kérékou in Cotonou, before the move to Saint-Jean.

The grid is aimed at the education of young audiences, and sport carries a large share of it. Football has dedicated strands in 100% Foot, 90minutes sport and La Lucarne, with Allô Coach on training and La Team du Mondial on World Cup analysis. Youth programming includes La Grande Boucle, Tout Feu Tout Kiff, Exclu Zik and the morning strip 8-10, while culture is covered by Télé Kitoko and Balade tropicale. The channel also produces Télé-Intervilles, an inter-city competition whose first season was hosted by Cotonou, Bohicon, Parakou and Lokossa.

Since 8 November 2023 the station has been part of the Société de Radio et de Télévision du Bénin, the public company created by decree that merged the national broadcaster with the youth multimedia centre. Transmission is on analogue VHF, as channel three on terrestrial digital television and online.
