FilmRise Classic TV is the free classic-television channel from the New York studio FilmRise, carried as a United States Live Stream of older American series and a few films. The channel opened on a deal with Paul Brownstein Productions for global television and digital rights to The Dick Van Dyke Show, That Girl and The Danny Thomas Show. The Dick Van Dyke Show ran five seasons and 158 episodes, won two Golden Globes and 15 Emmys, and follows television writer Rob Petrie, played by Dick Van Dyke, with Mary Tyler Moore and scripts created by Carl Reiner. That Girl stars Marlo Thomas. The Danny Thomas Show stars Danny Thomas. The same public list adds The Rifleman, 3rd Rock From the Sun, Grace Under Fire, Grounded for Life, Highway to Heaven, My Favorite Martian, Midsomer Murders, the films Sleepers and Dead Calm, Forensic Files and Unsolved Mysteries with Robert Stack.

Max Einhorn, senior VP of acquisitions and co-productions, said these series still land with later audiences and named Marlo Thomas, Dick Van Dyke, Mary Tyler Moore and Danny Thomas as the talent behind them. Paul Brownstein said the shows define classic television, that the comedy is timeless, and that they had already been broadcast continuously for over 60 years. The grid that results mixes multi-camera sitcoms, a western, a British detective series, two films and a true-crime strip hosted by Robert Stack.
