ETV+ online television

ETV+, also known as ETV Pluss, is the Russian-language television channel of Eesti Rahvusringhääling (ERR), Estonia's public broadcaster. Created to serve the country's substantial Russian-speaking population, the channel provides public service television in Russian, with a particular focus on news, integration, and life in Estonian society.

The channel's schedule centers on news programs produced in Russian, covering Estonian politics, laws, economy, and community affairs so that Russian-speaking residents can follow public life in their own language. Current affairs and talk formats discuss integration, education, and social topics, bridging the information gap between language communities. The lineup also includes cultural programs, documentary content, entertainment shows, and sports coverage, alongside series and films acquired for Russian-speaking audiences. Programming about learning the Estonian language and understanding Estonian institutions gives the channel a distinctive public service character.

ETV+ is available for live TV and online television viewing, allowing audiences to watch ETV+ online through live streaming options. For Russian speakers in Estonia, the channel is a primary source of trustworthy information in a media landscape otherwise dominated by foreign broadcasters. With its public mandate and bilingual context, ETV+ plays a unique role in Estonian society, and its online stream makes that role accessible to viewers everywhere.
