Den Haag TV online television

Den Haag TV, also known as DHTV, is the local television channel for The Hague in the Netherlands, operated by Stadsomroep Den Haag, the city's municipal public broadcaster. Broadcasting in Dutch, it is devoted to local news and community programming for the residents of The Hague, a diverse city of more than half a million people. Working alongside the sister station Den Haag FM, the channel serves as a local access broadcaster, giving the city's neighborhoods, organizations and residents a place on screen.

The schedule is built around the daily local news service, the Haags TV Journaal, which covers what is happening across The Hague, from municipal politics and city affairs to culture, sport and community events. Alongside the bulletins, Den Haag TV airs talk shows, cultural programming and music, plus content produced with local partners such as RTV Discus. Because it is a city broadcaster, the coverage stays close to everyday life in The Hague, following everything from council decisions and district stories to the festivals, sports clubs and events that matter to residents. This local focus, from the historic center to the outer districts, is what defines the channel.

Den Haag TV is free to watch and needs no set-top box to stream online: the live feed and programs play in a browser and on phones, tablets, laptops and smart TVs, bringing news from The Hague to residents at home and to Hagenaars abroad.
