BX Arts online television
BX Arts is the arts and culture channel of BronxNet Public Media, the public-access media organization of the Bronx, New York City. It carries programming made by and for the borough's creative community, from visual arts and music to dance, theater and the spoken word, and it sits on cable channel 68 and FiOS 2134 in New York. BronxNet, headquartered on Exterior Street, has given Bronx residents media training and studio access since the early 1990s, and BX Arts is the arm of that mission turned fully toward culture.
The schedule moves between studio conversations and field coverage: interviews with Bronx painters and sculptors, reports from gallery openings in the South Bronx and museum shows across the borough, performances by local dance companies and musicians, and readings by neighborhood poets. Community producers trained at BronxNet's studios contribute their own arts programming, so the grid mixes professional coverage with work made by the residents themselves. The channel follows the borough's cultural calendar, from the Bronx Museum of the Arts to the street festivals and open studios that mark the year.
Watch Live when a gallery night or a performance goes out, because the BX Arts Live Stream carries the same feed that Bronx households receive on channel 68. Use this TV Online service on a phone, a tablet, a computer or a television set, Watch TV Online Free wherever the feed is open, stream online when a local premiere is scheduled, and keep the United States Live Stream running for the arts of the Bronx.
