The channel has changed ownership several times, transferring to Gerçek Medya in March 2011 for 570 thousand dollars, and later to Muhammed Tayyar Türkeş in 2012, who remains the owner. The channel's headquarters are located in Bursa, Turkey, and its slogan is Yeni Nesil Haber Kanalı.
