Buena Park Television, on the air as BPTV, is the municipal government access channel of the City of Buena Park in Orange County, California. It is not a separate broadcaster: cable television is one of the functions managed directly by the office of the city manager, on the second floor of the city hall. Households reach it two ways - on channel 3 of one of the city's two cable providers and on channel 99 of the other, where 99 is reserved exclusively for public, educational and governmental access and can be opened from the main menu, from the guide, or by typing the number on the remote. The money comes from access fees paid by those two providers, and city programming is sponsored by a nonprofit cable foundation.

The grid is built around meetings. City Council sessions are carried gavel-to-gavel, live on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month at 5:00 p.m. and replayed every morning at 7:00 a.m.; the Planning Commission sits on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Between meetings the channel runs a Community Bulletin Board of upcoming city activities and announcements, and its own productions include a show hosted by the mayor and a crime watch series. Everything is also available on demand around the clock from the city's video platform.

The on-demand library lists 8 council meetings and 53 other programmes: youth microgrant projects, a resource fair recap, a trades and apprenticeship fair, one bill explained in an English and a Spanish version, a drowning prevention announcement and the graduating class of 2026.
