BTN TV online television

BTN TV is a South Korean religious broadcaster, and the religion in question is Buddhism, not Christianity. Its Korean name expands as Buddhist Television Network, the legal entity behind it is a foundation rather than a commercial company, and the slogan it puts in the title of its own site is Korea's representative Buddhist broadcaster. The channel went on air on 1 March 1995 and is described in the national reference work as the first Buddhist television station in the country.

The headquarters are in Seoul, in Seocho-gu, at 2265 Nambusunhwan-ro, and the declared picture format is 1080i. Distribution runs through four platforms, each with its own channel position: 295 on one cable operator, 233 on an internet television service, 275 on a mobile-affiliated service and 181 on the satellite platform, which has carried the signal since 1 March 2002. There are five regional offices, in the south-eastern port city, in the south-eastern inland city, in the south-western metropolitan city, on the eastern coast and on the southern island.

The schedule is published for television and separately for each of the two radio services, and the on-demand library is divided by function rather than by genre: devotional services and sutra chanting, talks and lectures, propagation and practice, cultural programming, documentary and specials. Watch Live from Seoul or from abroad, keep the Live Stream through a service, Watch TV Online Free, stream online in Korean and use this TV Online page as a South Korea Live Stream.
