Belmont Media Center TV is the community television service of the Belmont Media Center, a non profit public, educational and government access organisation serving Belmont, Massachusetts and the towns around it. The centre runs four feeds for the town: Gov/Ed TV on Comcast 8 and Verizon 28, Public TV on 9 and 29, Info TV on 96 and 30, and the high definition BMC-HD TV on Verizon Fios 2130, which carries local programmes produced or sponsored by Belmont residents and local organisations. Its stated mission is to develop and promote access to electronic communications media, to foster free speech, creative expression and civic engagement, and, as the centre puts it, to give a voice to all.

The schedule is made by the town itself. Coverage of Select Board, Planning Board, Municipal Light Board and School Committee sessions runs alongside Belmont Journal: News Now, and the station is known for its award winning coverage of Belmont High School sports, with graduation broadcast live from Harris Field. Studio shows fill the rest of the day: Kitchen To Kitchen with Joanna Tzouvelis, Talk About Jazz With Doug Hall, the radio drama Radio Daze read by the staff, the safety series Hot Topics and the Belmont Historical Society Presents lectures. The centre belongs to the Alliance for Community Media and Mass Access, and its building, finished in late 2009, holds Studio A, two edit suites and the Green Room.
