Blues TV is the on air name of the Blues Television Network, which describes itself as the first and only 24 hour television network in the world dedicated to promoting American roots music, and it has been broadcasting since 24 June 2016 under the banner Where The Blues Live on Television. The network belongs to Aitterce Production Inc., whose chief executive is the blues singer and television host E.C. Scott, and the schedule mixes music videos, live performances, artist interviews, documentaries and concerts covering blues, roots and traditional rhythm and blues.

Three shows carry the identity. EC's Jook Joint is the flagship, begun as a public access programme in November 2006 when Scott discovered that not a single blues video show ran on American television, and it later reached some eight million households through roughly 350 stations before anchoring this network. Up On The Blues is the magazine strand and Drifting The Delta follows the music of the Delta and the upper Mississippi, while four more titles, among them Simmering Blues with Chef Laura Pauli, are in production. The published Monday grid runs concerts, video blocks and those three shows across all 24 hours.
