YLE Teema & Fem on suomalainen julkisen palvelun televisiokanava, joka toimii kulttuuri- ja tiedeformaatin parissa. Ensisijaiset kielet ovat suomi ja ruotsi. Kanava perustettiin 24. huhtikuuta 2017, kun Yle yhdisti Yle Teeman ja Yle Fem -kanavat yhdeksi kanavaksi. Yle Teema oli alun perin erikoistunut kulttuuriin, tieteeseen, historiaan ja pohjoismaisiin ohjelmiin, kun taas Yle Fem (aiemmin YLE FST ja YLE FST5) palveli Suomen ruotsinkielistä vähemmistöä.

Kanava yhdistää Yle Teeman syvällisen kulttuuritarjonnan ja Yle Femiin keskittyneen pohjoismaisen näkökulman, tarjoten katsojille rikkaan ja monitahoisen katselukokemuksen. Kanava on ikkuna maailmaan ja kulttuurien kirjoon, joka rohkaisee oppimaan uutta ja laajentamaan näkökulmia. Yle Teema & Fem on määritelty eliittikanavaksi, ja suurin osa sen ohjelmista liittyy taiteeseen, klassiseen musiikkiin, dokumentteihin, elokuviin ja ajankohtaisohjelmiin.

Ohjelmisto kattaa laajan kirjon kulttuuria, tiedettä, historiaa ja pohjoismaisia tuotantoja. Suosittuja ohjelmia kanavalla ovat esimerkiksi La Promesa - Salaisuuksien kartano, Yö meren rannalla, Pako pohjoiseen, Woman of the Hour ja Kesäleski. Muita kanavalla esitettyjä ohjelmia ovat olleet Ohjus, Mina Settembre, Timanttinen keikka ja Opettajainhuone. Kanava esittää myös keskusteluohjelmia kuten Skavlan & Sverige, jossa on vieraillut keskustelemassa sanan voimasta muun muassa piispa Mariann Edgar Budde.

Kanava toimii osana Ylen yleisradiotoimintaa ja on omistettu julkiselle palvelulle. Se on saatavana useiden jakelualustojen kautta. Kanavan voi vastaanottaa digitaalisen maanpäällisen television kautta, minkä lisäksi se on saatavilla kaapeli-tv-verkoissa ja IPTV-palveluissa. Kanavaa lähetetään Thor 6 -satelliitin kautta, ja se on suojattu Conax- ja Videoguard-järjestelmillä. Kanava on katsottavissa myös Yle Areenan kautta, joka on Ylen suoratoistopalvelu. Kanava kuitenkin jatkaa suosittujen SVT-ohjelmien esittämistä. Kanava on saatavana myös Ruotsissa, ja se tarjoaa tekstityksiä tarvittaessa.
